Terms & Conditions
Recovry (operated by Grow Momentum LLP, "Recovry", "we", "us", "our") Last Updated: 30-08-2026 | Effective Date: 30-08-2026
1. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Recovry is a technology platform that connects users to independent physiotherapy clinics and practitioners. Recovry is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
All information available on the Recovry platform — including service descriptions, clinic listings, practitioner profiles, and AI-powered recommendations — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before booking or undergoing any physiotherapy service through Recovry, users are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding their specific condition, symptoms, or health needs. If you are booking on behalf of another person, ensure that the relevant healthcare professional has been consulted for that individual's condition.
Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have accessed through Recovry. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
By using Recovry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree that Recovry bears no responsibility for any outcomes arising from the use of services booked through the platform.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Recovry, governing your access to and use of the Recovry website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
2.2 By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or booking any service through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Policies").
2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2.4 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account independently. If you are booking services on behalf of a minor or a dependent (e.g., a child, elderly parent), you represent that you are their parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative, and you accept full responsibility for that booking.
3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
3.1 Recovry is an aggregator and discovery platform. We connect Users seeking physiotherapy and related rehabilitation services with independently operated, third-party physiotherapy clinics and practitioners ("Partner Clinics") listed on the Platform.
3.2 Recovry does not provide medical, clinical, or physiotherapy services directly. We do not employ, supervise, or control the physiotherapists, doctors, or staff working at Partner Clinics. We do not own or operate any physiotherapy clinic, centre, or treatment facility.
3.3 All diagnosis, treatment, advice, and physical therapy administered to you is provided solely by the Partner Clinic and its staff, under their own professional judgment, licensing, and responsibility. Recovry has no role in, and assumes no responsibility for, the clinical decisions, treatment quality, or outcomes of any session booked through the Platform.
3.4 Any information displayed about a Partner Clinic - including services offered, pricing, qualifications of staff, and availability - is provided by the Partner Clinic itself. While we take reasonable steps to verify Partner Clinics during onboarding, Recovry does not independently audit, supervise, or guarantee the continuing accuracy of this information, the clinical competence of any practitioner, or the suitability of any treatment for your specific condition.
4. AI-BASED RECOMMENDATIONS - IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
4.1 The Platform may offer an AI-assisted or algorithm-based recommendation feature ("AI Assistant") that suggests physiotherapy services or categories based on information you provide (such as described symptoms, body area, or stated concerns).
4.2 The AI Assistant is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not evaluate, diagnose, or treat any medical condition. Its sole function is to help you navigate the Platform's service catalogue based on the information you choose to share.
4.3 Recommendations generated by the AI Assistant are generic in nature, are not personalised medical opinions, and must not be relied upon as a basis for any clinical decision. You must independently consult a qualified physiotherapist, physician, or medical professional - including at the Partner Clinic you select - before commencing any treatment, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or are uncertain about the appropriateness of any service.
4.4 Recovry disclaims all liability for any decision made, action taken, or harm arising from reliance on output generated by the AI Assistant.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
5.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update such information as necessary.
5.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email] of any unauthorised use.
5.3 Recovry reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, violates these Terms, or is used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
6. BOOKINGS, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS
6.1 Prices displayed on the Platform for each service are set and provided by the respective Partner Clinic and are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Upon booking, you authorise Recovry and its payment partners to process payment via the payment method you select. Payments are processed through third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateway(s) (including but not limited to Razorpay). Recovry does not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials; these are handled directly by our payment gateway partner(s) in accordance with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, including Card-on-File Tokenisation norms.
6.3 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation (where prepayment is required) or explicit confirmation from the Partner Clinic (where pay-at-clinic is offered).
6.4 Recovry is not a party to the contract for physiotherapy services formed between you and the Partner Clinic upon booking confirmation. Our role is limited to facilitating discovery, booking, and payment processing.
6.5 Partner Clinics may, at their sole discretion, decline, reschedule, or cancel a booking due to practitioner unavailability, capacity constraints, or other operational reasons. Recovry will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any such change communicated to us by the Partner Clinic, but is not liable for the Partner Clinic's decision to decline or cancel a booking.
6.6 See our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for terms governing refunds, cancellations, and disputed transactions.
7. USER CONDUCT
7.1 You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) post false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive reviews or content; (d) attempt to circumvent the Platform to transact directly with a Partner Clinic in a manner that violates these Terms; (e) interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform, including through scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised automated access.
7.2 Reviews and ratings submitted by you must reflect your genuine experience. Recovry reserves the right to remove content that violates this provision or applicable law.
8. HEALTH AND SAFETY - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Physical risk acknowledgment. You acknowledge that physiotherapy and related rehabilitative treatments involve inherent physical risk, including but not limited to discomfort, strain, aggravation of an existing condition, or injury, whether arising from the treatment itself, equipment used, the premises of the Partner Clinic, or services rendered by a practitioner during a home-visit session.
8.2 No liability for clinic or practitioner conduct. Recovry shall not be liable for any injury, harm, loss, illness, death, property damage, or adverse outcome of any nature arising from or in connection with: (a) treatment, advice, or services rendered by any Partner Clinic or its practitioner, whether at the Partner Clinic's premises or at your residence or any other location during a home-visit session; (b) the condition, safety, hygiene, or maintenance of the Partner Clinic's premises or equipment; (c) the qualifications, licensing status, conduct, or negligence of any practitioner; or (d) any act or omission of the Partner Clinic, its staff, or any third party.
8.3 Your responsibility. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, current medications, and existing conditions to the Partner Clinic prior to treatment, and for seeking emergency medical attention directly (calling emergency services or visiting a hospital) in the event of any adverse reaction or emergency - Recovry is not equipped to respond to medical emergencies.
8.4 Disputes with Partner Clinics. Any dispute concerning the quality, safety, or outcome of treatment must be raised directly with the Partner Clinic. Recovry may, at its discretion and solely as a facilitation gesture, assist in escalating user grievances to a Partner Clinic, but is under no obligation to investigate, mediate, or resolve clinical disputes, and doing so does not create any liability on Recovry's part.
8.5 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Recovry's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform - excluding liability for the matters described in Clause 8.2, which is excluded entirely - shall not exceed the platform service/convenience fee (if any) actually paid by you to Recovry in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Recovry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
8.6 Nothing in this Clause 8 limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable mandatory law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All content on the Platform - including the Recovry name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software - is the property of Recovry or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use such content without prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.
10. PRIVACY
10.1 Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules made thereunder.

11.1 Recovry may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email/SMS. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City - e.g., Noida / Delhi], Uttar Pradesh / NCR, India.

1.2 Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other modes as enabled by our payment gateway partner(s) from time to time.
1.3 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST, where applicable) unless stated otherwise at checkout.

| Between 12–24 hours before appointment | 50% of prepaid amount refunded; remainder retained as a cancellation fee payable to the Partner Clinic for slot-blocking |
| Less than 12 hours before appointment / no-show | No refund. The full session amount is forfeited, as the slot was reserved and blocked by the Partner Clinic |
2.2 Cancellation by the Partner Clinic: If a Partner Clinic cancels, postpones, or is unable to honour a confirmed booking for any reason (practitioner unavailability, force majeure, etc.), you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amount, or, at your option, the opportunity to rebook with the same or an alternative Partner Clinic at no additional platform fee. Refunds in this scenario will be processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.

3. REFUND PROCESSING
3.1 Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/card/net banking) used for the transaction.

Clinic Partner Terms
Recovry | Last Updated: 27-06-2026 | Effective Date: 27-06-2026
1. PARTIES AND NATURE OF AGREEMENT
1.1 This agreement ("Agreement") is between Grow Momentum LLP ("Recovry", "we", "us", "Platform") and the physiotherapy clinic, centre, or independent practitioner onboarding onto the Platform ("Partner Clinic", "you", "your").
1.2 Recovry operates as a technology aggregator platform only. Recovry does not practice medicine, does not employ your staff, does not direct your clinical operations, and is not a party to the therapeutic relationship formed between you and any patient who books through the Platform.
1.3 By completing onboarding (whether through the online form, a representative, or a designated staff member/physiotherapist on your behalf), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION
2.1 You represent and warrant that: (a) You are a legally established and operating physiotherapy clinic, centre, or licensed independent practitioner; (b) All physiotherapists associated with your clinic hold valid, current qualifications and registration as required under applicable law (e.g., state physiotherapy council registration, where applicable); (c) All information provided during onboarding - including clinic address, services offered, pricing, doctor qualifications, and contact details - is true, accurate, and current; (d) You hold all licenses, registrations, and permissions required to lawfully operate and provide physiotherapy services in your jurisdiction.
2.2 Recovry reserves the right to request supporting documentation (registration certificates, qualification proof, clinic establishment license) at any time, and to suspend or decline listing pending verification. Recovry's verification process, however, is a reasonable diligence check and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of your clinical competence, and does not transfer any liability for your services to Recovry.
2.3 You are solely responsible for promptly updating your Platform listing if any information changes (e.g., a physiotherapist leaves, services change, pricing changes, clinic relocates).
3. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP - NO EXCLUSIVITY, NO EMPLOYMENT
3.1 This Agreement does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between Recovry and you. You remain an independent business at all times.
3.2 Non-exclusivity: You are free to list your clinic on other platforms, accept walk-in patients, and operate your business in any manner you choose, independent of Recovry. Recovry likewise may onboard other clinics, including competitors located near you.
3.3 You retain full and sole control over your clinical operations, staffing, treatment protocols, pricing (subject to Clause 5), and patient care decisions. Recovry exercises no control or supervision over how you deliver treatment.
4. NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT - FREE EXIT AT ANY TIME
4.1 You are not bound to any minimum commitment period. You may discontinue your listing and exit the Platform at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice (email is sufficient) to Recovry. There is no penalty, fee, or minimum lock-in period for exiting during the current promotional/free period described in Clause 5.
4.2 Upon exit, your clinic listing will be deactivated within 2 business days of receiving your notice. Any bookings already confirmed before your exit notice must still be honoured by you, unless mutually cancelled with the affected patient's consent.
4.3 Recovry similarly reserves the right to remove or suspend your listing at its discretion - including for verified patient complaints, fraudulent information, repeated unjustified booking denials, or breach of this Agreement - with notice where reasonably practicable, except in cases of urgent patient-safety concern where immediate suspension may occur without prior notice.
5. FEES - CURRENT FREE ONBOARDING AND FUTURE FEE STRUCTURE
5.1 Current promotional period: As of the Effective Date, Recovry is offering onboarding to Partner Clinics free of any subscription, listing, or onboarding fee, including through promotional codes and offers communicated to you at the time of onboarding. This is a limited-time promotional arrangement and does not constitute a permanent fee waiver.
5.2 Future fees: Recovry reserves the right to introduce a subscription, listing, commission, or convenience fee structure in the future ("Applicable Fees"). You will be notified of any such change at least 30 days in advance, with full disclosure of the fee amount, billing cycle, and payment terms, before any Applicable Fees are charged to you.
5.3 No obligation to continue once fees apply: If you do not wish to continue on the Platform once Applicable Fees take effect, you may exit under Clause 4 before such fees become due, without any penalty.
5.4 Non-refundability of paid fees: Once you have agreed to and paid any Applicable Fee for a given subscription period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual), and subsequently choose to exit the Platform before that period ends, the fee already paid for that period will not be refunded, whether in full or pro-rata, except where required under applicable consumer protection law or where Recovry itself discontinues the Platform or your access without cause. This clause applies only from the point at which paid fees are introduced and accepted by you - it does not apply retroactively to the current free onboarding period.
5.5 Any commission or per-booking fee structure (if introduced in the future, as an alternative or addition to subscription fees) will be separately disclosed and will apply only to bookings made after such structure takes effect, with full transparency on the percentage/amount charged.
6. BOOKING FULFILMENT AND SERVICE DENIAL
6.1 You agree to honour confirmed bookings made through the Platform to the best of your operational ability.
6.2 You retain full discretion to decline, reschedule, or be unable to fulfil any specific booked service, for reasons including but not limited to: practitioner unavailability, the patient's condition being outside your clinic's scope of practice or expertise, capacity constraints, or any genuine clinical or operational reason. Recovry does not compel you to accept or perform any booking that you, in your professional judgment, decline.
6.3 Where you decline or are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, you agree to: (a) notify Recovry and the patient as promptly as possible through the Platform or directly; and (b) cooperate reasonably so the affected patient may be offered a refund (where prepaid) or rebooking, in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy for Users.
6.4 Repeated, unexplained, or last-minute booking denials may be reviewed by Recovry and may affect your listing visibility, ranking, or continued participation on the Platform, at Recovry's discretion, as this affects patient trust in the Platform as a whole.
7. PRICING AND SERVICE LISTING ACCURACY
7.1 You are solely responsible for setting, updating, and honouring the prices, session durations, and package details you list on the Platform. The price charged to a patient at your clinic for a Platform-booked service must match what is displayed on the Platform at the time of booking.
7.2 You agree to keep your service list, pricing, doctor details, languages spoken, and home-visit availability up to date. Inaccurate listings that mislead patients may result in listing suspension.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 You are solely and exclusively responsible for: (a) the clinical quality, safety, and outcome of all treatment provided to any patient referred through the Platform, whether at your clinic premises or during a home-visit; (b) compliance with all applicable healthcare, safety, labour, and licensing laws governing your practice; (c) the safety, hygiene, and maintenance of your premises and equipment; (d) the conduct, qualifications, and supervision of your staff and practitioners, including during home-visit sessions at a patient's residence.
8.2 Recovry bears no liability for any injury, harm, adverse outcome, malpractice claim, property damage, or dispute arising from the services you provide, whether occurring at your premises, during a home visit, or otherwise.
8.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recovry, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your provision of physiotherapy or related services; (b) any injury or harm suffered by a patient in connection with treatment you provided; (c) your breach of this Agreement or applicable law; (d) any inaccurate information you provided on the Platform.
8.4 Recovry's total liability to you under this Agreement, for any reason, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to Recovry in the 6 months preceding the claim.
9. DATA AND PATIENT INFORMATION
9.1 Patient booking information shared with you (name, contact, service requested) must be used solely for the purpose of providing the booked service and related follow-up, and must be handled by you in compliance with applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9.2 You must not use patient data obtained through the Platform for unsolicited marketing without the patient's separate, explicit consent, and must not share such data with unrelated third parties.
9.3 See the separate Partner Clinic Privacy Policy for details of how Recovry itself handles your clinic's and your patients' data.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND USE
10.1 You may reference your Recovry listing/partnership in your own marketing (e.g., "Listed on Recovry") but may not use the Recovry name, logo, or branding in a manner suggesting endorsement beyond a factual partnership statement, without prior written consent.
11. TERM AND TERMINATION
11.1 This Agreement remains in effect from the date of onboarding until terminated by either party as described in Clause 4.
11.2 Recovry may terminate or suspend this Agreement immediately, without notice, in cases of: verified patient safety complaints, fraudulent listing information, repeated breach of this Agreement, or unlawful conduct.
11.3 Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination, including your obligation to honour already-confirmed bookings and any payment obligations for fees already due.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, India.
